I've had a Chase CC for over 10 years but I don't carry the card daily. I asked him twice, he said, "Nope, not until I swipe my account card". YOU ARE A BANK!!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have contemplated being a Chase bank customer because of this convenient location; however, that will NEVER be the case! The lack of customer service skills does not make up for the extra minute drive to Bank of America that I love! Wanted to get water out of the machine right next to the bank and the dollar bill slot was broken and asked them if I could get $1 in quarters. She told me no, that I needed to be a customer/member. I think this is the only banking branch in the country to do this. I have gotten change from multiple banks before in large quantities with no questions asked. They are a BANK but didn't have $1 in quarters to give? So I to lug my newborn back through the store and ask Fred Meyer for it. They gladly did it of course. Who wouldn't?
